All sales are final. Please note that we have a discounted sample option for you to see if Prunies® is right for you before making a larger order.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. If you feel your experience warrants a reship, please reach out to us within 30 days of your delivery.  Please contact us at hello@prunies.com.  Please include your email address, name, order number (if purchased through our website), lot number of product received, and reason for replacement in your email.  Any photos would also be appreciated.
